When you need this

What does ChatGPT say about your company?

Try it now

You ask ChatGPT about your own company and get an inaccurate answer.

It says things that are no longer true, or never were.

Try it now

You ask about what you sell, and your company isn't on the list.

Your competitor is.

Happening today

Traffic is falling from your usual channels.

The same work goes in, fewer prospects come out.

Happening today

You're looking for a new channel with room to grow.

This one isn't saturated yet, and starting now is an advantage.

If even one of these sounds familiar, we should talk.

What this is

AI SEO and AI search optimisation, in short.

AI search optimisation (Generative Engine Optimization, or GEO) means your company shows up in AI answers, whether that is ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI answers. It works on three levels.

Mention

AI names your company when asked about your market or your kind of solution.

Your company

Citation

It quotes your own content and links to you as a source.

Recommendation

It recommends you as the answer in a concrete situation.

Your company

Our own research

We measured 150 companies. AI never recommended half of them.

of companies never made it into a single answer

The Frontline Guru Index is our own study: we looked at how 150 B2B technology companies appear in AI answers, analysing more than 30,000 answers to real buyer questions. Half of the companies never made it into a single answer. For most of them, AI simply doesn't know enough to recommend them.

How we do it

Five steps to the first mentions.

It's a method, not a trick, and it starts with measurement. You'll know where you started from.

Baseline

We measure where you stand today: which questions your company comes up in, who appears instead, and what AI says about it.

Choosing the questions

We put together the questions your buyers actually ask, and track those continuously.

Brand foundations

We fix what AI knows about your company: your website data, your descriptions and external mentions, so the same story appears everywhere.

Content and sources

We create content AI can cite, and get you into the places it draws from: industry sites, listings, comparisons, reviews.

Measurement and tuning

Every month you see how far your visibility moved, which questions you won, and where you are still behind.

How we measure it

Five numbers you see every month.

We run real buyer questions across the major AI engines on a regular schedule and record what happens. That is what the monthly report is built from.

Questions

What people ask about AI search optimisation

Five questions, straight answers. Only what belongs here.

How is this different from SEO?

In SEO we work to move your website up the results. Here we work to get your company into the AI answer, where often there is no click at all. The two draw on much the same content, but we build and measure them differently.

Which AI engines do you measure?

The major ones: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI answers, and whatever else matters in your market. We run the same questions on each, so the results are comparable.

How long until we see results?

The first measurement is there at the start, so you always have a baseline. Meaningful movement usually takes three to six months, depending on how much information AI can find about you today.

What if AI says something inaccurate about us?

That is common, and it can be fixed. AI works from what it finds: when your website, your descriptions and external sources are consistent and current, the answer gets more accurate. That is where we start.

Do we need new content, or is what we have enough?

We start with what you have; often it is enough to tidy it up and fill the gaps. New content is needed where your buyers' questions have no good answer on your side yet.

Let's talk

Let's see where your company stands today.

We measure which questions AI mentions you in, who it mentions instead, and what it says about your company.
