From software developer to Microsoft ERP partner.
How Zoosh Digital built a completely new market position, and turned it into a significant long-term contract.
In brief
One big win, and growing visibility.
AI figures: measured with Peec AI between July and October 2026, against 19 Irish Business Central partners.
Starting point
Repositioning is harder than launching.
The client
Zoosh Digital is an Irish software company that has grown from bespoke development into a Microsoft partner. They implement Microsoft Business Central, delivering both off-the-shelf solutions and bespoke development, with migration, setup and integration tailored to specific industries.
The challenge
The market had to learn that Zoosh was no longer a software developer but a Microsoft ERP partner, and that called for an entirely new sales and marketing engine. The goal was twofold: win new customers quickly with off-the-shelf solutions and shorter sales cycles, while gradually building demand for higher-value bespoke Business Central work.
What we did
We built the new position in two phases.
Foundations and pipeline
ERP implementation is a high-value, long-considered decision, so we built the strategy on account-based marketing (ABM).
ABM strategy
We defined the ideal customer profile, then selected and grouped target accounts, so every touchpoint was personal rather than broadcast.
Event
Instead of a large conference, an invitation-only Business Central session at Microsoft's European headquarters in Dublin, run together with Microsoft. The target audience was senior leaders from companies with €100 million-plus in revenue, and that is exactly who came. Speakers from Zoosh, Microsoft and Infinigate, with Dublin Chamber helping us reach the audience.
Follow-up
Continuous social and email communication, plus a personalised content hub where attendees received further Business Central material after the event.

SEO and AI search
With the foundations in place, we made sure the new position could be found in Google and in AI search.
New website
We rebuilt the entire website around the new positioning. It has been live since April 2026.
Keywords
We re-optimised existing keywords and added the Business Central and ERP terms new buyers actually search for.
Content
Since January 2026, Business Central and ERP articles organised into topic clusters.
AI search
Structured data (schema) across the site and consistent company data in industry directories and partner listings. Visibility is measured monthly against 19 Irish Business Central partners.
