About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Intern / Trainee with a strong interest in content creation, especially short-form video. This role is ideal if you’re early in your career (or still studying), love social media, are comfortable on camera, and want to learn how B2B content actually works in practice.
You’ll support both Frontline Guru’s own channels and client projects, working closely with content marketers, designers, and performance specialists.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing.
What you’ll do
● Create and publish social media content (primarily LinkedIn, optionally Instagram)
● Write captions, post copy, and basic content scripts
● Actively participate in short-form video content creation (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
● Appear in videos when needed (on-camera presence is important)
● Help plan content ideas and social media calendars
● Support video shoots and recordings (preparation, coordination, basic setup)
● Repurpose long-form content into short, snackable social posts and videos
● Track basic performance metrics and engagement
● Use AI tools to help with ideation, scripting, and copywriting
What we’re looking for
● Strong interest in social media and content creation
● Confidence in front of the camera (or strong motivation to become confident)
● Good written communication skills in English
● Basic understanding of how platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok work
● Creative mindset and curiosity
● Reliability and willingness to learn
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
Nice to have / Bonus
● Experience creating your own social media or video content
● Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
● Design basics (Canva, Figma)
● Marketing or communication studies
