We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who will own and continuously optimise paid advertising, SEO, and AI-driven search visibility (AI Search / GEO /AEO) for our clients and internal initiatives. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role where you will plan, execute, test, and scale campaigns across multiple channels — with a strong focus on how brands show up in AI-powered search and recommendation environments.
You’ll work closely with content marketers, designers, and strategists to turn strong ideas into measurable growth across classic search, paid channels, and emerging AI search platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, running experiments, and staying ahead of how search is evolving.
● Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta)
● Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, and creatives
● Build and maintain clear campaign structures, tracking, and reporting
● Own SEO execution with a strong AI Search / GEO / AEO mindset
● Optimise content and landing pages for AI-powered search engines and answer engines
● Work on entity-based SEO, topical authority, and structured content
● Collaborate with content teams to align SEO, GEO, and paid strategies
● Analyse performance data and translate insights into concrete actions
● Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging
● Monitor funnels and conversion paths end to end
● Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and performance
● Stay up to date with AI search trends, platform updates, and best practices
● Strong understanding of paid advertising fundamentals (especially LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads)
● Solid SEO knowledge with clear interest in AI Search, GEO, and AEO
● Understanding of how content is discovered and surfaced by AI systems
● Data-driven mindset with confidence in metrics and reporting
● Experience with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
● Ability to think in funnels, not isolated campaigns
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
● Proactive attitude and ownership mindset
● 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
● Experience with B2B lead generation campaigns
● HubSpot or other CRM experience
● Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience
● Basic HTML/CSS understanding
● Practical use of AI tools for analysis, copy, or automation
