About the Role

We are looking for an Office Manager / Assistant who will support day-to-day operations across administration, office management, and people-related tasks. This role combines assistant, office, and basic HR responsibilities and is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys creating structure.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team, with direct and ongoing support to the CEO, and help ensure smooth internal operations as Frontline Guru continues to grow.

What you’ll do

●     Handle day-to-day administrative and office-related tasks

●     Work closely with the CEO, supporting daily priorities, coordination, and follow-ups

●     Support contract administration, documentation, and internal record-keeping

●     Coordinate invoicing and documentation with the external accountant

●     Maintain and prepare administrative documentation for accounting purposes

●     Assist with basic HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, documentation)

●     Coordinate interviews, meetings, and internal calendars

●     Manage office supplies, tools, and subscriptions

●     Support internal communication and team coordination

●     Help organise team events and internal initiatives

●     Keep internal processes organised and documented

What we’re looking for

●     Strong organisational and administrative skills

●     High level of reliability and attention to detail

●     Good communication skills inHungarian and English

●     Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.)

●     Ability to work independently and proactively

●     Experience in an assistant, office manager, or administrative role is a plus

Nice to have / Bonus

●     Basic HR or people operations experience

●     Experience in an agency, startup, or fast-growing company

●     Familiarity with accounting, invoicing, or financial administration

●     Business or HR-related degree (or ongoing studies)

●     Interest in improving processes and workflows
