We are looking for a Junior Content Marketing Specialist to support and execute content initiatives for both our clients and Frontline Guru. This is a hands-on role focused on creating, publishing, and optimizing content across written, social, and video channels — with strong strategic exposure.
You’ll work closely with our performance and creative teams, learning how content actually drives growth, visibility, and revenue in B2B. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who already has some experience and wants to grow fast in an AI-first marketing environment.
● Research and propose content topics and angles for B2B audiences
● Create written content:articles, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, landing page copy, emails
● Write scripts and concepts for short-form and mid-form video content (LinkedIn, website, campaigns)
● Participate in content shoots and recordings (planning, on-set support, coordination)
● Support the creation of short-form video content (snackable clips, explainers, thought leadership videos)
● Support content strategy development for client accounts
● Manage and schedule day-to-day social media content
● Maintain and execute editorial calendars
● Repurpose long-form content into short-form written and video assets
● Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring content ideas to life
● Monitor content performance and optimize for engagement and reach
● Use AI tools daily (ChatGPT,Claude, etc.) for ideation, drafting, scripting, and optimization
● Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals
● Strong English writing skills (professional working proficiency)
● Good copywriting instincts and willingness to improve fast
● Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO principles
● Familiarity with digital marketing channels (inbound & outbound)
● Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
● Proactive, self-starter mindset— not waiting for detailed instructions
● 1–2 years of experience in content or marketing (agency, in-house, or freelance)
● Experience with paid social or PPC campaigns
● Visual sensitivity and basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools)
● Experience with HubSpot or other CMS platforms
● Marketing-related degree or equivalent practical experience
