About the Role
We are looking for a content manager to create and schedule engaging content across multiple digital platforms for our clients and Frontline Guru. This role requires a passion for developing content strategies, crafting compelling articles, creating vibrant social media posts, and building brand communities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, market trends, best practices, and SEO strategies.

- Flair for copywriting with a high level of proficiency in English.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels for effective inbound and outbound communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A proactive self-starter comfortable with establishing workflows.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a marketing agency or freelance capacity.
Your Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with our ABX team and creative team to expand and enhance concepts, delivering optimal solutions. You must be adaptable and able to adjust your style to resonate with different brands.
- Researching captivating article topics and identifying engaging angles.
- Developing content strategies for our clients.
- Creating content on behalf of our clients.
- Writing and uploading educational articles on a variety of subjects.
- Managing day-to-day social media activities.
- Maintaining an editorial calendar to proactively generate suitable content for client social channels.
- Collaborating with the design team to bring your content ideas to life.
- Monitoring the performance of online content and optimising it to boost engagement and reader interaction.
Bonus Skills We’d Love to See:
- Experience in Account-Based Marketing.
- Experience in PPC, planning, and managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- A keen eye for design, with the ability to contribute creatively when needed (using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or related field.
